Phil Cerami was a member of the North Penn High School Academic Decathlon team from 2002-2004, captaining the team in 2004 to its first state title since 1998. He is the founder of the first Acadecscores score compiling site and also has served as an administrator for Acadectalk.com, before currently serving as coach of Souderton and regional director of Eastern PA.
He moonlights as the Blue Power Ranger and feels that Danny Trejo's contribution to modern cinema is underappreciated.

Phil and the North Penn High School team were PA State Champions in 2004, with a total team score of 44,992 points. Phil scored gold overall Scholastic at regionals and states, and placed 7th amongst scholastics at Nationals in Boise with a score of 8,230.8, ranking Phil as the second highest scoring scholastic in PA history.
Phil started an Academic Decathlon program at Renaissance Academy Charter School in Phoenixville, PA, where he served as head coach from 2009-2012. With a graduating class of approximately 50 students, RA's best season in those years was in 2011 with an 8th place finish in the state of PA.
He is the founding coach of Souderton Area High School's Academic Decathlon team, which began competing in 2013. He is currently regional director for Eastern PA since 2010.
