Sam Champion High School (full name Samuel V. Champion High School) is the newest High School in Boerne, TX. The school is named after a former Boerne ISD administrator who passed away due to cancer. The school's namesake does not bear any relation to the moderately popular national weather caster Sam Champion on Good Morning America.
