Welcome to Project Phoenix!
Project Phoenix is the brainchild of Kort Everett Jackson, and the original concept was initialized on August 4, 2007, and was discontinued on November 10, 2007. The new Project Phoenix initiative is currently in developmental stage, and will deal largely with creating a "commonwealth" portal of States that are connected to all related state and regional results, thus creating easier navigation. A timeline is planned to be released no later than March 2008.
