Suggestions:

1. Offer customizable background color, rather than just PINK
2. Offer customizable font color, rather than just BLACK
3. Move “Team Founded” to the team info section
4. Have BOTH a “Highest Finish” and “Highest Score” section
5. Rename the team info to “Academic Decathlon Team” rather than the abbreviation

Definitely for templates, always either comment in the talk section or place your comments in a noinclude statement.

Anyway, I actually put this in all pink for a reason. enwiki:wikipedia:template_standardisation. The whole purpose of infoboxes is that all of them be the same, we can't have someone with a green school infobox because then it will look like the state infobox, the whole idea is that all school infoboxes are the same style, all the state ones, all the regional ones, etc etc.

As with the other variables, they can be added the same as all other variables are, and won't be called unless they are called with the template.

Also, "Academic Decathlon Team" causes stretching, and we all use AcaDec or AcDec anyway. comment given by blooooo on 17:26, 17 December 2007 (PST)
