Plano East Senior High School is a school in North Texas with a long and proud AcDec history. The crowning achievement of the school is a 1993 national title, one of only 6 Texas High Schools that can claim such an accomplishment. Although they have yet to replicate this success, East has consistently been a competitive school on both the Regional and State level. Plano East was also home to Annie Jain, who at the time in 2018, was the highest scoring student in Texas history. Nikolai Rura also became the first Plano East Varsity Student to break a score of 8,000 in 2021.
