Regional Results for Contra Costa County
In 2021, Contra Costa, Lake, Marin, Monterey, Mendocino, Napa, San Benito, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano, Sonoma, and Yolo Counties began competing together in the Bay Region Academic Decathlon. While each county has its own region champion and ADSIC page, links to any year after 2020 on this page go to Bay competitions.
Until the year 2021, Contra Costa, Monterey, San Benito, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz Counties competed together in the South Bay Region Academic Decathlon. While each county has its own region champion and ADSIC page, links to any year between 2019 and 2020 on this page go to South Bay competitions.
For the competition year 2020, schools in Contra Costa County competed at the South Bay Region Academic Decathlon.
Starting with the 2017-18 season, the Contra Costa County Office of Education defunded its Academic Decathlon program, and only Campolindo High School competed.
Years given are for the the year of the State competition; in the 1997-1998 Academic Decathlon season, the date for regional competitions changed from November the year before the state competition to the February before the state competition.
