Region XIII was a historical region of Texas that was in use from the 1991 through the 2003 seasons (with the exception of 1992). In its first incarnation during the 1991 season, it served teams in the Dallas area, but beginning in 1993 it served Small schools scattered throughout the southern portion of the state. With the 2004 Texas region realignment, the schools that it had served were folded into Region XI before finding a new home in Region III in 2011.
